Health Department did not receive call from establishment for verification visit when warewasher was repaired however, maintenance has been completed with provided documentation. Booster heater temperature was increased. Today during visit the hot water reached 160°F at utensil surface on irreversible thermometer in warewasher. Health department has not received installation documentation for the hand washing sink that has been installed from Building inspections.
