General CommentsObserved salads being sold today. Lettuce for salads shall be purchased pre-cut and pre-washed due to facility not equipped with produce sink. If produce cannot be purchased pre-cut and pre-washed then these items shall be not be on menu otherwise, please provide site plan and spec sheets for equipment to be approved to meet these requirements.
