General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Clay Massenburg. Discussed ladder and depth markers with contractor Manuel Samy with Manuel Samy Pools. Depth markers on pool walls and pool deck do not match. Measured by each of the depth markers to verify which were correct. 3FT 6IN depth marker by ladder on pool deck will need to be changed to 3FT. All other depth markers on pool deck are correct. Will need to make depth markers on pool walls match what is on the deck. Recommend adding another 5FT depth marker by underwater light near main drain on pool wall and one on pool deck so it is no longer > 25 FT between depth markers. Ensure depth tile on pool deck is non-slip.
