General Comments

EHS arrived as lunch was concluding. No further food prep was observed. PIC stated lunch runs from 10:30 to 11:00 but ends early depending on what food is served. EHS will arrive earlier on next inspection to ensure food processes are observed. Breakfast is 6:45 to 7:15. Facility only serves 80 students. June 10th last day of school. PIC doesn’t not know if school will be doing summer school yet.
