Observed a consumer advisor on the menu, but the "8 oz Churrasco," "7 oz salmon," and "Panzu salad" which has an option to add steak (that can be cooked to a preference as well), not asterisked on the menu.
PIC stated that they are currently taking off some menu items, and will not be serving salmon. PIC stated she will reach out to the GM to include the asterisks for the two menu items that can be cooked to the customer's requested temp.
VERIFICATION REQUIRED within 10 days to ensure facility has corrected their consumer advisory of their menu on all platforms (hard copies and online on their website). |

Observed two sanitizer buckets full of chlorine sanitizer reading 0-10ppm concentration, stored near both handsinks in the kitchen.
CDI: PIC dumped both buckets and refilled with properly concentrated chlorine sanitizer reading above 100ppm. |
