General CommentsThe establishment has voluntarily closed operations due to lack of suitable refrigeration. The establishment shall remain closed until the refrigeration (Walk in cooler and other coolers) are fixed. The sanitation rating/date was edited by REHS temporarily. REHS ran out of “A” score cards and fresh ones will be provided to the restaurant tomorrow.

Pf; Observed numerous plastic containers and lids that are cracked, chipped, torn etc. PIC and employees discarded the containers.
