4-602.11(E4) Maintian clean In use equipment such as ice bins and beverage dispensing nozzles, beverage and syrup dispensing lines or tubes and water vending equipment. The drink machine nozzles that have the 6 different beverage options both had a build up of slime in the nozzles. The nozzles must be cleaned and sanitized at a frequency that prevents slime and residue build up. EHS strongly suggests cleaning drink machine nozzles daily. Both nozzles were cleaned during the inspection. No points taken today. CDI |
