4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) - REPEAT - Observed walk-in cooler 2 (Veggie cooler) with rusted shelving. The meat walk-in cooler told by PIC at the beginning of the inspection is down, with no food stored in it/discarded all food affected prior to inspection. PIC showed invoice of condenser unit order that had went out and projected to arrive 6/30/2026. PIC had also replaced shelving in meat walk-in cooler mentioned on the last report. EQUIPMENT shall be maintained in a state of repair and condition that meets the requirements specified under Parts 4-1 and 4-2. EQUIPMENT components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications.
REHS will return in 3 days to verify once the meat walk-in cooler has been repaired. Until then PIC utilized second walk-in cooler for food storage and is in proper storage order. |

There are two smooth ceiling tiles in the kitchen that has tears. Floors, walls, and ceilings including the attachments such as soap and towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vents shall be maintained in good repair. |
