The following items were holding above 41F: one container of quesadilla chicken (50F) and one container of hot dogs (47F). Maintain TCS foods in cold holding at 41F or less. CDI: Both items were in flip top unit right next to grill station for about 20 minutes and were allowed to be moved to the walk-in cooler. Both items cooled to 41F before the end of the inspection. |
