General CommentsDuring previous inspection EHS told facility that they must protect single service items that were opened while they were being stored in the hallway. Facility corrected violation. During recent inspection from the fire department facility was told that they are no longer able to have the shelf in the hallway. Facility moved shelf to front of house near drink coolers. However, during the move they had to take off the cage doors and have not been able to get them back on. Facility ensures that single service items are monitored during hours of operation and tries to keep the items covered in original packaging. EHS advised that facility shall reinstall cage doors to further protect the single service items.
