28 1 Toxic substances properly identified stored & used Yes No No 7-102.11 Common Name - Working Containers (Pf) - EHS observed two red sanitizer buckets in the lobby that were unlabeled. PIC stated that one was water and one was sanitizer. PIC tested the buckets and the one PIC said was water was actually sanitizer and the sanitizer bucket was actually water. EHS suggests labeling both buckets so that the water and sanitizer buckets are not mistaken for each other. When chemicals are taken form a bulk supply, a common name label should be added to the working container e.g. Bleach sanitizer. CDI: PIC added labels to both containers.
40 0.50 Personal cleanliness No No No 2-303.11 Prohibition - Jewelry (C) - EHS observed a food handler with large rings on her finger. The only approved jewelry food handlers can wear is a plain band ring; like a wedding band. All other finger and wrist jewelry should be removed when working with exposed food.
