6-501.11 Repairing - Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures - Methods (C). PIC indicated there was an AC issue creating minor drips from the ceiling - 3 ceiling tiles have been removed - containers placed under the leaks to collect any dripping water - the facility proactively moved the bread oven and bread warmer so that it was not under the minor drips - PIC states that repair is scheduled for today. Ensure that physical facilities are maintained in good repair. Repair this AC/leak issue. |
