Repair/re-coat/replace shelving so there is no rust showing.

Observed a small drip/leak on the hot water faucet at the 3 comp sink. PIC indicated that there was a work order already in to repair this item. Ensure that plumbing is maintained in good repair. PIC indicated there was an AC issue creating minor drips from the ceiling - 3 ceiling tiles have been removed - containers placed under the leaks to collect any dripping water - the facility proactively moved the bread oven and bread warmer so that it was not under the minor drips - PIC states that repair is scheduled for today. Ensure that physical facilities are maintained in good repair. Repair this AC/leak issue.
