Pf PIC stated that the water was turned off at the valve due to the fixtures having loose knobs and constantly leaking. PIC turned the hot water on at the valve at the main hand wash sink. PIC needs to maintain hot water and water at the hand wash sinks.

The raw burger and the bacon were placed on the bottom shelf but were separated by distance to prevent contamination. Observed ice chute on drink machine had soil build up as well. Also observed the tea spout had soil build up on it.
