These facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed better cleaning needed at sinks around base of faucets and drains in family lounge restroom and imaging recovery restroom. Clean and keep clean. Observed majority of sinks with slow drainage throughout (3604, ED, imaging, ACU, PACU, mother). Repair needed. |

General Comment:
.1313 (d) Institutions shall provide water heating facilities. Hot and cold running water under pressure shall be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.- Observed hot water measured 117F to 123F in PACU, ACU, 3704. Provide tempered water at anytime. |
