PIC stated that company has not been out to dump the dumpster. PIC is contact with company requesting for it to be dumped.

PIC stated there is a roof leak and someone was coming out today. Physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. 6-501.12: Observed additional cleaning needed on floors especially under and around equipment, dust build up on ceiling vents, and wall cleaning around equipment. PHYSICAL FACILITIES shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean.
