Drain in receptacles and waste handling units for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall have drain plugs. 5-501.111 Observed the receptacle on the left with a rusted hole where the arms of the dump truck lifts it. Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be maintained in good repair. 5-501.115 Observed trash along the floor of the receptacle area. A storage area and enclosure for refuse, recyclable, or returnables shall be maintained free of unnecessary items and clean.
