Supplier- US Foods Pest Control Operator- Orkin Egg salad and tuna salad are the only in house made salads. All others are commercial. Tuna used for the tuna salad is commercial and fully cooked. Backflow preventer underneath the 3-comp sink (to the left) area is approved. Facility does not sprout, not press juices, no additives, thickeners are commercial, uses pasteurized shelled eggs
