7-204.11 Chemical sanitizers used on food contact surfaces shall not exceed concentrations (200 ppm for chlorine and 400 ppm for quaternary ammonia). P; The sanitizer in the buckets were slightly over 400ppm in the buckets and 3 comp sink. (500ppm range). PIC added more water to the solution to dilute it to acceptable levels and remade the buckets. The test strip used in the kitchen do not have a visual comparison for 500ppm. |
