General Comments

EHS suggests speaking with faculties to reach out to the dumpster company to ensure the placement of the dumpster does not hinder the lid from being able to close. The dumpster is placed to far back so it scraps against the wall of the building and cannot be lifted up to close. Following food code 5-501.113 dumpsters and other outside waste handling containers for refuse, recyclables, and returnables covered with tight-fitting lids or doors.
