4-204.115 A warewashing machine shall be equipped with a temperature measuring device that indicates the temperature of the water in the wash and rinse tank and at the entrance of the hot water sanitizing final rinse manifold or in the chemical sanitizing solution tank. Pf; The rinse temperature on the dish machine seems to be inaccurate. It is reading 112F when the temperature of the dishes is greater than 160F. 10 day verification required. |
