It appears as if the trash compactor is leaking as there was was appeared to be trash “leachate” underneath the front of the compactor (shown to PICs today). Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be maintained in good repair. If dumpster is leaking, contact waste company for repair/replacement. |
