The milkshake machine was cleaned last night and the shake mix that was left over was ran through the machine and placed back into the machine to be used again. Per the memorandum for frozen dessert dispensers “Product that has previously been placed in a frozen dessert dispenser and drawn through the dispenser (i.e., re-run) shall not be reused.” 3-101.11 Food shall be safe for consumption, unadulterated, and honestly presented. P. The product was voluntarily discarded and the machine was washed, rinsed, and sanitized again. |
