6-501.111 Observed flies throughout the facility. Observed several bugs in the coriander and the fennel spice. Including a dead spider in the clove. There are mice feces throughout the spice and rice storage room. C. Pest control was last out on April 8th. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other means of pest control.
Eliminate harborage conditions. Pest control was here yesterday. |
