General CommentsEstablishment has lifted all dry foods off the floor. Establishment is washing dishes at night time instead of leaving for the morning. EHS sees improvement on pest issues from previous inspections.

Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. Pf Correction: All items were brought to the dish sink to be washed rinsed and sanitized.

Pf Correction: The meat was moved to the walk in cooler.

Including a dead spider in the clove. There are mice feces throughout the spice and rice storage room. C. Pest control was last out on April 8th. The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the premises by using methods such as trapping devices or other means of pest control. Eliminate harborage conditions. Pest control was here yesterday.
