Observed one of the under counter coolers in the drive-thru area that was not operational and has rusty shelves. 4-501.11 Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. PIC had reviewed the temperature logs and the cooler was operational yesterday, the foods were removed, and the cooler is not in use until it is repaired. |
