In the walk in cooler there were boxes of unwashed tomatoes stored above uncovered sauces. Correction: tomatoes were removed from above ready-to-eat foods. In the ice bin of the fountain drinks, there was a can of whip cream, and a container of cut lemons stored in the ice. Ice is considered a food. Foods are not allowed to be stored in ice that is used for consumption. Foods in the walk in cooler were stored uncovered. Correction: foods were covered during inspection. REPEAT (full points).

All food items in the walk in cooler were 44-47F. The walk in cooler is not maintaining temperature. A repair man was called and is schedule to come out today. EHS will check back later today. A one time allowance was granted back on 6/14 2025 for the same issue. TCS Items in cooler will be denatured and discarded into trash. VR- facility has up to three days to repair unit. They cannot reopen until walk-in cooler is repaired.
