Observed pizza sauce boxes stored on shelves that are about 3 inches from the floor. 3-305.11 Store food in a clean, dry location, not exposed to contamination. Keep at least 6 inches above the floor. Have the shelf moved up to be at least 6 inches from the floor so employees can clean under the shelves. |
