4-101.19 Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) Non-food contact surfaces exposed to frequent splash or require frequent cleaning shall be non-absorbent. Some shelving over reach in freezer/near dipper well has absorbent pipe insulation on edges/corners. Recommend replacing with coated insulation that has non-absorbent coating. Repeat.
4-502.11(A) - Utensils shall be maintained in good repair. Observed can opener that is starting to rust. Also observed a few plastic spatulas that are starting to chip and several cracked plastic lids. Continue working to replace utensils as needed. |

Observed wash water at 105F. No active warewashing was occurring. Make sure to drain and refill frequently to ensure temperature is maintained at 110F or higher.
