Pf *** Observed multiple plates under the cook line with food residues on them. There were also three metal food pan with previous residues on them. All these items were placed in at the dishwasher to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized, CDI.
4-602. 12 (B) - Cooking and Baking Equipment: The cavities and door seals of microwave ovens shall be cleaned at least every 24 hours by using the manufacturer's recommended cleaning procedure. *** Observed all three microwaves with previous residues in them. |
