General CommentsLifted suspension from inspection in 2023, water quality verified in compliance ring buoys observed with correct rope length and emergency phone operable. *Noted that local 911 noted Charlotte as the city with Matthews listed on permitting address, Kings III has Matthews. Verified it is the correct/same location with 911, so no permit action taken. Operator and management were advised to look into this. Verified other permit items from past inspection in compliance. Changed to “A” Open for Business. Issued pool permit sticker Mulch is starting to wash out under fencing at back of pool area. Monitor and fill if gap is greater than 4 inches. Verified PDSC information. FloVis on back return pipe is to be used for permit restriction: flow meter must remain operable with flow as close to 104 GPM as possible due to pipe size restriction. Does not meet turnover at 126 GPM due to pipe size limitation. If chemistry or clarity issues in the future may require change to system. Pool not heated. No Night Swimming. If night swimming is desired lighting must be sufficient to meet the G.S. of all pool water and drains being illuminated, bather entrances, emergency equipment and amenities. Contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 to conduct inspection before dawn or after dusk to verify lighting. Pool hours should reflect no night swimming and closing at dusk
