4-501.11 Good Repair and Proper Adjustment - Equipment (C) Equipment shall be maintained in good repair. Continue to work on defrosting any excess ice from walk in freezer. Lowboy cooler underneath make line is out of order and not currently in use. Bottom oven is currently out of order.
4-502.11 (A) and (C) Good Repair and Calibration-Utensils and Temperature and Pressure Measuring Devices (C) - Utensils shall be maintained in good repair. Mcflurry spoons are starting to wear/stain on inner portions of spoons. Continue to monitor and replace if chipping/cracking starts to occur. |
