General CommentsInspection conducted with CPO William Winston. Emergency phone signage fading. Correct dialing instructions on Kings III phone, emergency phone sign has incorrect dialing instructions. Recommend replacing emergency phone signage with one that has correct dialing instructions in addition to the address, phone number, and other verbiage on the existing sign. Ball valve handle for main drain line broken. Recommend replacing.
