General Comments

Inspection conducted with manager Trey Watson. Depth marker at ADA lift cracked. Maintain in good condition. Ensure windows from units adjoining the pool deck are not capable of opening > 4”. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with a new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy and 34 foot 6 inch throw rope at least 1/4 inch in diameter. Our office has not yet processed the pool permit application and payment. Current permit expires 5-31-2025. All items marked as Intent to Suspend items must be corrected before the permit expires on 5-31-2025 or the pool permit will be suspended.
