Inspection conducted with CPO Nick Wilson. Depth marker by ADA lift cracked. Recommend replacing. *NOTE* Main drains expire 10-10-2023. Prior to drain cover expiration will need to replace with new VGBA approved covers and submit updated PDSC form to our department. Kings III and 911 operator had difficulty hearing me. Recommend checking the phone line. Immediate suspension issued 2) 3) Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) for re-inspection when issues have been corrected.
