Inspection conducted with Darrell. The following are permit suspension items: .2530(a) Provide ring buoy for rope 1.5 times the width of the pool or 50 ft whichever is less. Rope was deteriorated and broke in several places. Need new rope. Required length: 45ft and 1/4 inch thick. .2530(f) Emergency phone shall remain operable. Emergency phone is not operational. Pool shall remain closed. Once corrected contact inspector Kurtis Nelson 980-378-7896. EHS observed chlorine at 10+ppm. EHS recommends lowering chlorine level for bather comfort. PERMIT RESTRICTION: DOORS FROM RESIDENT ROOMS MUST BE ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES.
