Observed two of the three gates not self-closing or self-latching. CPO was able to repair one of the gates but was unable to fix the second gate. This gate was permanently locked until it can be repaired. Two self closing, self latching gates are present.
.2528(a) Pool fence shall be at least 48" in height measured from outside of barrier.
Observed 43-46” fence in areas where rocks and mulch have been piled up by landscapers. CPO was able to remove the mulch and rocks to keep the fence at 48”. |
