General Comments

Onsite visit to pool with Mason Garrett, Hot Springs Pools and Doug Tetting, CPO, for return construction and operating permit inspection. All items from previous visit corrected. Phone still has the wrong address listed with 911. Correct address with phone company who will automatically update in 911 system. Given 2 weeks to correct or permit will be suspended. When 911 is dialed, address should list as 2155 Establishment Way. Construction final passed. Holds released in system. Pump was not set at 32450 RPM during inspection. Ensure pump set to meet permit restrictions. Pentair Intelliflo VSF, 011056 drain cover installed with (2) VGBA 2017 Hayward WG1031BHF2 drain covers. EQ lines capped on underside/plugged in skimmer. Permit Restriction Pump must remain set at 92 gpm to meet turnover. Flow meter must remain operable if pump not set at 3450 RPM. Please note a follow-up inspection will occur within 30 days of permit issuance today, June 9th. Max Depth 5 ft.; Pool Width 42 ft.; Rope Length 50 ft. EHS left computer at house and did not have onsite for write-up. No signature since not onsite for write-up. Note: NC and SC pool rules signs on the deck. Ensure NC pool rules signage stays onsite.
