.2518(k) Install skimmer per manufacturer specifications and eliminate equalizer line plugs or plug per State requirements. Observed the skimmer equalizer lines to all have plugs in the line opening inside the skimmers. The equalizer lines all still have valid equalizer line covers and appear to be functional. The plugs must be removed, or the lines must be cleared of water and also sealed at the openings inside the pool. A new PDSC form reflecting this change would then have to be submitted and approved by the Health Department. I.T.S. Issued Deadline is 4/30/2026. Failure to resolve the issue by the deadline may result in the closure of the pool. |

Observed other areas of the fence not to current specifications. The barrier is pre 2010. 100 ft. Out of 312 ft. Was previously replaced with new fence. No Permit Action taken. |
