Observed 2 dishes that had cracks and one of them had a busted handle. PIC discarded the dishes and will replace them.
4-101.19 Nonfood-Contact Surfaces (C) Observed the ice machine have built up pink algae on the ice deflector guard. This needs to be cleaned frequently to avoid the build up. I am not taking points off this time, but next inspection I will. |
