4-602.13 Nonfood Contact Surfaces (C) observed the ice machine deflector guard have algae built up. This needs to be cleaned frequently to avoid the build up. PIC is going to clean this. I am not taking the points this inspection, but I will next inspection. |

Observed trash bag tangled up in the lid with maggots on the outside of the bag and liquid dripping from the bag upon arrival for inspection. Before I could point it out to the PIC, it was cleaned up. |
