General CommentsGreat job today!! Please make sure you are cleaning the deflector guard in the ice machine frequently to avoid the build up of pink algae. Also, wipe down any surface that has clean dishes stored because there were dishes observed with food residue on them. When you frequently clean these areas you will catch the dishes with food debris.

Ensure that any surface that has clean dishes stored is wiped down frequently to avoid dishes having food debris.
