4-903.12 Do not store single-use and single-service articles in toilet rooms; garbage rooms; mechanical rooms; under sewer lines; under open stairwells; or under other sources of contamination. Observed packages of single-use utensils store in cabinet under hand sink drain in kitchen area. CDI- items were move to another cabinet were. Cross contamination could not occur.
4-903.11(C ) Single Service and Single Use items shall be kept in the original protective package or stored using other means that protect the item until used. Observed single-service cups stored unprotected at front counter. CDI- single-service cups were removed. |
