All floors shall be easily cleanable and shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .1607.- Observed flooring underneath bedroom 2 next to the bathroom, need cleaning and keep clean. Observed a pack of water bottle stored on the floor pantry closet, suggested to put on top of crate off the floor to avoid any possible contamination and allow easily access for cleaning. |
