Corrected by taking to the dish machine.

Ceiling by ice machine noted peeling/chipping. Observed floor drains under sinks visible stained and with grease/food residue buildup. 6-101.11/6-201.11 Floors, walls and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Floors shall be non-absorbent in areas subject to moisture. Rubber floor in kitchen are not easy to clean and retain water/moisture. Replace the trim to the floors in the dining area. Observed the wall under the dish machine with not in good repair with gaps and FRP board not intact, smooth or easily cleanable.
