6-501.12 Floors, walls, ceilings including the attachments such as soap, towel dispensers; light fixtures; and heat/ac vent covers shall be clean. Caution should be used to minimize food exposure. Observed in dry storage area the intake/exhaust vents over the dry storage boxes dusty. Observed ceiling tile missing in the dry storage area. Remove the buildup to minimize dust buildup on the dry storage food product stored under the intake/exhaust vents. Maintenance working on the pipes above the dry storage area at the time of inspection.
