Walk-in freezer was maintaining cold temperature of 32F at the time of inspection. Keep equipment in good repair and have unit checked to ensure that the walk-in freezer continues to work properly.

Observed the caulk that was used to fill in the gap by the edge of the 3 compartment sink peeling, rusted in color and pulling away from the wall causing gaps for the harborage of pest accessibility. |

Detail clean and remove the buildup on pipes, legs, floor drains, walls of mop sink remove the splash and buildup. Detail clean in the cabinet at the front hand sink by the front prep station, clean baseboards under shelving in the walk-in, dry storage area throughout the prep area.
Remove the ice on the floor in the walk-in freezer from the ice coming from the metal condenser fan area.
