Inspection Conducted with CPO Ed Maranelli. Some offsets between pavers, mainly by coping. Maintain deck with no gaps or offsets > 1/2 inch. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy.
