Inspection conducted with CPO Rhonald Gibson. Flow meter not capable of reading the flow. Looks like it should be a 3” return line between where filtered water comes together from the filters and the return back to the pool instead of a 2” line. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with new US Coast Guard approved ring buoy. Intent to suspend issued 16)
