EHS discussed replacing ring buoy with CPO Antonio Perez, beginning to show signs of fraying, PIC stated he will order new one immediately. CPO Antonio on site during inspection. EHS confirmed pump, drain covers, equalizer covers during inspection, as per PDSC form. NO night swimming. Permit issued. Facility has changed from seasonal to annual, annual sticker provided during inspection.
