It is paramount to maintain access to hand sink to promote frequent and proper handwashing procedure in the kitchen space. Items were moved during inspection. This has been found out of compliance in prior inspections. If found out of compliance in the future, full credit may be taken. CDI

P -EHS observed potato wedges sitting in water at room temperature. Cut potato wedges in water is to be iced down and/or stored in the walk in cooler. Wedges were freshly cut and were moved to the walk in cooler to come down to temperature. This is the second consecutive time that this item has been marked. P -EHS observed boxes of raw potatoes being stored under a wall mounted chemical station. EHS recommends removing chemical station all together. EHS will return within 3 days to verify that this has been corrected.

Eliminate flour residue frequently enough to prevent build up.

EHS recommends using an item such as FRP, Fiberglass Reinforced Paneling, to make these areas smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable.
