Thermometers calibration checked in ice bath; both read 32F EHS cleaned and sanitized thermometer throughout the inspection No violation were found during the inspection. Great handwashing procedures. All cut fruits were properly cooled. Food storage was great. No items were found out of temperature. Sanitizer was measured in range and all containers and utensils were stored cleaned and fully dried before stacked.
